Mount Goldsworthy - Iron Ore

Location
The Goldsworthy tenement is located approximately 100 km to the east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara, just a few kilometres off the Great Northern Highway near Pardoo. The area is well serviced but infrastructure with the Great Northern Highway and the Finucane Island to Yarrie railway passing along the northern and southern tenement boundaries respectively.

Geology
The tenement is along strike of the Nimingarra BIF, which is the host unit for the high-grade hematite of the Mount Goldsworthy pit to the south-west. There are a number of outcropping ridges in the southern central zone of the tenement; however the majority of this steeply dipping unit is under cover. To the northwest are the Paradise Plains and Par Plains Formations which have previously been explored for base metals. These units unconformably abut to a strip of Callawa Formation on the eastern boundary of the lease.
